On Thursday we had a half day of work and spent the afternoon in Fontainebleau; a small town near Melun. We were given the time off to visit the chateau there and to relax. Unfortunately by the time we got there and had a short walk around, it was too late to enter to chateau, so instead we just walked around the surrounding grounds and discussed the oncoming holidays. About half of the group rented bikes and cycled down to the nearby forest but the rest of us felt too ill to be doing that. In the last week of the course everyone started coming down with a dodgy illness and that really ruined what could have been an amazing week.
