The last night was the biggest event of the week. During the week a lot of people had been hesitant to go out too late but that ended for most people now that it was over.
Everyone went out for a meal at about 8pm; a couple of us went to an Italian restaurant near the hotel. Once we had our meal we went back to the hotel bar then to the local bar/restaurant. In one of the pictures you will see Nobert and Andrey, Nobert being an instructor from OFS-1 and Andrey, the Russian who got his laptop stolen on the second day :-) I started the night talking to Florentina from Romania (stripy top) before mingling. The key moment from the night was where I spilt a drink on the table and a member of the bar staff ran over to tidy it up then gave me a new one. They are very service orientated. There was also an arm wrestling tournament near the end of the night which I decidedly won :-) |
